At ANEKKE, we want you to be completely in love with your new accessory. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of receipt provided it is in its original condition.

Return Process

  Log into your customer account and select the 'My Orders' section to request a return authorization for the specific items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the product is well-protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel before dropping it off at an authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
